Shipping & Returns
This document defines the shipping and return policy for all purchases made on liasialu.com. Every customer agrees to these terms at the moment of placing an order.
Shipping Policy
Wai Man Limited ships exclusively to verified addresses provided during checkout. Processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 3 to 10 business days. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once the order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The customer bears all shipping fees unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Wai Man Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or incorrect address submissions.
For lost or damaged shipments, the customer must contact contact@liasialu.com within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. After verification, Wai Man Limited will issue a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.
Return Policy
Wai Man Limited offers a 14‑day unconditional return window. The 14 days start on the date the customer receives the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. Final sale items, opened consumables (such as baby food or formula), and products with broken hygiene seals are not returnable.
Return Process

Initiate the return within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@liasialu.com with the order number, product name, and reason for return. Wai Man Limited will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number.

Prepare the package with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside. Include the original packing slip or a copy of the order confirmation.

Wait for inspection. Once the returned package arrives at Flat A, 20/F, Island Beverley, 28 Great George Street, Causeway Bay, inspection is completed within 5 business days. The product must meet the eligibility conditions stated above.
Refund Timeline and Conditions
After the returned product passes inspection, a refund is issued to the original payment method. The refund amount equals the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded.
The refund processing time is at least 14 calendar days from the date the returned product is received at Flat A, 20/F, Island Beverley, 28 Great George Street, Causeway Bay. The actual time for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider.
For PayPal transactions, the refund takes a minimum of 14 calendar days. However, certain regional laws require PayPal refunds to be completed within 30 calendar days. In those jurisdictions, Wai Man Limited complies with the 30‑day rule. Customers using PayPal will see the refund no later than 30 days after the return passes inspection.
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
The customer pays all return shipping costs. Wai Man Limited does not provide prepaid labels or deduct shipping fees from the refund – the refund is the product price only. No reimbursement is offered for outbound or return postage.
